You went above and beyond to ensure everyone understood the diagnosis and provided resources to assist Danny’s school therapists as well.The most impactful thing you did as a therapist was believe in Danny. After seeing very little progress with previous therapists, I had resigned myself to the idea that he might never say 'mom,' along with many other things he can now say because of you. Your passion, expertise, and love for your work have given me hope for Danny’s future. Because of his progress, I even made the difficult decision to take him out of daycare—a place that felt like a safe space—and enroll him in school, where he is now thriving.
